Keep Reggae Live was a livestream festival that featured 10 full bands, with a full production team, at one venue: Hometown Bowl, South San Francisco. The festival streamed on two social platforms, YouTube and Facebook live, which is still able to watch. This event showcased bands from different types of reggae music: Roots reggae, Cali reggae, and Island reggae. Keep Reggae Live was sponsored by Tiki Killers, Mixed Plate, Jake’s Pies, Uce Juice, Catch da Vib’z, Mango Three, and Kolabo Ent. All donations made during the event were given to a non-profit, local Bay Area organization that focuses on music for underserved youth, Hip Hop for Change.
